Dr Reddy's Laboratories has completed 10 years of NYSE listing. In honour of this special occasion, Mr G.V. Prasad, Vice-Chairman and CEO, rang the opening bell at the exchange recently. Dr. Reddy's Laboratories is the first Indian company to celebrate its 10-year anniversary at the NYSE. In a press release on the 10 years of NYSE listing, Mr G.V. Prasad said, “Becoming an NYSE-listed company 10 years ago has helped Dr Reddy's compete more effectively in the US, our largest market outside of India in terms of revenues.”
“Our NYSE listing has enabled us to expand our brand globally and successfully launch new products outside India. Our presence in the centre of the global financial markets has helped us reach customers, employees, investors and suppliers in a way that otherwise would not have been possible, and we look forward to our next decade as an NYSE-listed company.”
