Dr Reddy's Labs made rapid gains in the second half of the day to emerge the top gainer on the BSE on Thursday. At 3.15 pm it held gains of 1.32 per cent to trade at ₹2,377.65. The stock had closed the previous session at ₹2,346.65.
Hindalco Industries was up 1.26 per cent at ₹149 as against its previous close of ₹147.15.
M&M advanced further to hold gains of 1.17 per cent at ₹1,176. The stock had ended the previous session at ₹1,162.35.
TCS traded up 0.66 per cent at ₹2,164. The stock had finished last evening’s session at ₹2,149.85.
NTPC sailed up 0.56 per cent at ₹152.30 as against ₹151.45 at close on Wednesday.
