Friends of Ambition, a new growth advisory business, aims to advise rising enterprises in the Tier-II and Tier-III cities in the country.

“We are aiming to capture companies who have a turnover of Rs 10 crore and more. As many companies in these regions have an access gap, we will help them bridge their access gap and achieve their long-term goals,” said Mr Ravi Kiran, one of the four co-founders and Managing Partners of the group. The others partner-founders are: Mr Suhail Kazmi, Mr Sanjay Barkataki and Mr Subodh Srivastav.

Friends of Ambition's minimum engagement period with a client company would be three years.

“We have partnered with nine allies from different fields who will help us and the rising enterprises to achieve the goals as planned,” said Mr Kazmi.

The advisory group has already identified 18 towns across 14 States as their immediate market.
