GMR Infrastructure Ltd on Thursday said its subsidiary GMR Airports Holding Ltd which runs the Hyderabad International Airport has received $200 million (Rs 893.20 crore) from Macquarie SBI Infrastructure Investments Ltd.
In a filing with the BSE, it said the investment has been made in the form of subscription to compulsorily convertible preference shares of the company. A spokesperson for the company did not give further details regarding the investment.
