The order value is worth Rs 13.81 crore inclusive of taxes and duties. The schedule time for completion is 14 months.

Nouveau Multimedia Ltd has informed BSE that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on February 14, 2011, inter alia, unanimously approved sub-division of equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each into 10 equity shares of Re 1 each.
