The open offer from Lakshmi Cargo Company and Lakshmi Life Sciences, along with Sanjay Jayavarthanavelu, for the public shareholders of Super Sales India Ltd will begin on Tuesday.
The acquirers offer ₹461 a share to mop up 7.985 lakh shares. The open offer window would be open till August 5.
Analysts would be keenly watching the response to the open offer. In case of oversubscription, the acceptance ratio will be determined on a proportionate basis.
