Shares of Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group firms advanced by over 10 per cent in early trade on the Bombay Stock Exchange today with Reliance Infrastructure emerging as the major gainer as investors snapped up shares of the company available at lower prices.

Among the BSE benchmark Sensex-30 components, Reliance Infrastructure emerged as the top gainer, rising by 10.62 per cent to an early peak of Rs 688.

In a similar fashion, Reliance Capital also surged by 5.27 per cent to an early high of Rs 481, while another group firm, Reliance Broadcast Network, rose by 5.44 per cent to a high of Rs 71.60.

Brisk buying was seen on the counters of other ADAG firms as well, including Reliance Communications (RCom) and Reliance Power.

Shares of the group’s telecom arm, RCom, went up by 2.57 per cent, while Reliance Power rose by 2.31 per cent and Reliance MediaWorks spurted by 6.26 per cent.
