SEBI said TIPL was not registered with SEBI either as a PMS provider or as a stock broker. The regulator said “TIPL has placed false and misleading information related to PMS and stock broking on its Web site www.tiplwealth.com. The registration details provided on the website are false.” It further issued a public notice warning investors not to deal with TIPL and its Chairman & CMD, Mr Ankush Srivastava.
