SKS Microfinance Ltd has allotted 2,238 equity shares of Rs 10 each to those grantees, who have exercised their options under the SKS Microfinance Employees Stock Option Plan — 2009.
The allotted shares would rank on par with the existing equity shares of the company in all respects, the Hyderabad-based company informed the BSE on Monday.
