Ms Sangita Reddy, Director at Apollo Hospitals, has sold six lakh shares in the last one week, on the NSE and BSE, to PCR Investments Ltd, which is part of the promoter group.
The shares were transferred in two transactions, for a total sum of Rs 29.63 crore.
After the sale, Ms Reddy's shareholding has now come to 3.51 per cent (at 43,72,508 shares).
On Tuesday, the Apollo share closed at Rs 514.20 on the BSE, up by 1.91 per cent.
