SeQuent Scientific said it will seek the approval of its shareholders to issue 30 lakh warrants to its promoters in one or more tranches on a preferential basis. Each warrant would entitle its holder to apply for and obtain allotment of one equity share. Shares of SeQuent closed 3.12 per cent higher at ₹314.40 on the NSE.
