The promoters of Shasun Pharmaceuticals have pledged around 19 per cent stake in the company for an undisclosed sum.
According to the filing on the BSE, Mr S. Abhaykumar, Ms Usha Abhaykumar, Ms Tara Mayur and Mr A. Deepak on Thursday pledged a total of 42,83,600 shares in the company.
As on September 30, the promoters had already pledged 22.72 per cent in the company.
On Thursday, the Shasun scrip fell 0.5 per cent to close at Rs 40.20 on the BSE.
