UTI Mutual Fund has announced a bonus of 1:10 under three of its schemes — UTI Children's Career Balanced Plan, UTI Unit Linked Insurance Plan, and UTI Retirement Benefit Pension Fund.
This means that the investor would get one unit for every 10 units held of face value of Rs 10. Pursuant to the declaration of the bonus, the NAV/ unit of the Children's Career Balanced Plan was Rs 15.5918, for Unit Linked Insurance Plan Rs 18.6852, and for Retirement Benefit Pension Fund Rs 19.7351.
The record date for the bonus under aforesaid schemes is April 25, 2011.
