United Spirits has entered into an asset purchase agreement with JP Impex Incorp, a partnership firm, to acquire building, plant and machinery, licenses and transfer of leasehold rights on the land relating to the factory for ₹11.50 crore. The United Spirits stock edged down 2 per cent at ₹2,299.10.
