Ludhiana-based acrylic yarn manufacturer Vardhman Acrylics plans to buy back a maximum of two crore shares.
The maximum offer size is Rs 25 crore and the price per share works out to Rs 12.50.
The offer represents 9.97 per cent of the company’s equity as on March 31, 2012.
The buyback commences on May 29, 2012 and the last date for the buyback is May 8, 2013.
Sobhagya Capital Options is the manager to the buy back offer.
