Viceroy Hotels Ltd shares traded higher at Rs 18.35 on the BSE today, up 4.86 per cent.
The shares are being actively traded in the past two weeks with heightened institutional activity in the past few days.
While investor Mr Rakesh Jhunjhunwala has increased his stake in the company through couple of bulk deals recently, Cholamandalam Investment has pared its exposure. The latter has invoked some of the promoters’ stake which was intimated to the exchanges.
The Hyderabad-based company manages a chain of hospitality projects in Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam and other locations and is in the process of developing big hotels in Bangalore and Chennai.
