The Delhi High Court reserved its judgment until December 21 on CBI charges against Essar group people. Stocks such as Essar Shipping, Essar Ports and Essar Oil hit new lows on Friday after the Central Bureau of Investigation filed a charge-sheet in the 2G spectrum case against eight persons and entities including the Essar Group Vice-Chairman, Mr Ravikant Ruia and his nephew Mr Anshuman Ruia. A favourable Court decision will lift the sentiment for the stock, while an adverse one will aggravate the fall.
