The board of directors of Aarti Drugs on Monday considered a proposal to acquire an undertaking or a company at Baddi in Himachal Pradesh. The acquisition is to cater to its existing business of manufacturing of formulations, as an initiative to have its own facilities. This will be, however, subject to necessary due diligence and approvals. The stock of Aarti Drugs jumped 3.6 per cent at ₹560 on the NSE.
