The buyback offers of James Warren Tea and Aarti Industries will open for subscription on Tuesday. James Warren Tea plans to buy back up to 27 lakh fully paid-up shares (or 22.5 per cent of its paid-up equity) at ₹129 a share. Aarti Ind will buy back 8.20 lakh shares at ₹1,200 a share. While the record date for Aarti Industries’ buyback is January 5, James Warren Tea had fixed the record date as January 19. The buyback will be done through tender offer on proportionate basis.
