Shares of Aarti Industries will turn ex-date on Thursday for the proposed ₹98.45-crore buyback. The company plans to buy back up to 8.20 lakh shares at ₹1,200 a share through the tender offer route. The promoter group intends to participate in the buyback. The company’s board of directors had fixed January 5 as the record date for the buyback. Investors wishing to participate in the buyback need to buy shares of Aarti Industries by Wednesday.
