Shares of Ahlcon Parenterals (India) Ltd will remain active on the bourses, as the delisting offer from B Braun Singapore Pte Ltd begins on Wednesday. Through the offer, which ends on Friday, the acquirer plans to buy 18 lakh shares (25 per cent of shareholding of Ahlcon Parenterals (India) Ltd). The company has fixed the floor price of ₹269, while the stock on Tuesday closed at ₹512. It remains to be seen how retail investors (about 3,070 in all) respond to the delisting offer.
