Drug firm Alembic Pharmaceuticals on Thursday said it plans to raise up to ₹500 crore through issue of non-convertible debentures (NCDs) on private placement basis. The board also constituted an NCD Committee for issue and allotment of NCDs, it added. Shares of Alembic Pharmaceuticals ended flat at ₹617.60 on the BSE.
