L&T Special Steels and Heavy Forgings Pvt Ltd, a joint venture company between Larsen & Toubro and Nuclear Power Corporation of India (NPCIL), has bagged order worth ₹442 crore.
The order entails supply of forgings for nuclear steam generators for NPCIL. These forgings will be used in the manufacturing of critical equipment at six new indigenous pressurised heavy water reactors, L&T said in a statement. Investors will closely monitor the development.
