June is expected to be strong again for the medium and heavy commercial vehicles (MHCV) segment. Nomura expects 24 per cent y-o-y sales volume growth in the MHCV category. It said two-wheeler sales growth may be around 5 per cent but passenger vehicles growth could be flat. Auto majors, such as Ashok Leyland, M&M, Tata Motors, Maruti Suzuki, Eicher Motors, Escorts, Bajaj Auto, Hero MotoCorp and TVS Motor are likely to release their June sales data on Wednesday.
