The board of directors of Bagadia Colourchem will meet on June 30 to consider sale of the company’s factory at Mahad. Earlier on April 30, the company had informed the exchanges that its board of directors were making all efforts to come out of the slowdown resulting from heavy competition from foreign companies, mainly China. Then, the board was authorised to look for reasons and various modalities and alternatives to come out of the slowdown. The stock slumped 4.9 per cent at ₹8.51 on the BSE.
