Bajaj Holdings & Investment sold about 2.75 lakh shares of Force Motors for ₹2.42 crore between July 7 and July 11 through the open market, according to disclosures made to the BSE. This stake sale reduced Bajaj Holdings’ stake in Force Motors to 11.04 per cent from 13.13 per cent earlier. On Monday, shares of Force Motors closed 3.56 per cent down at ₹429.95 on the BSE and those of Bajaj Holdings closed 1.55 per cent down at ₹1,242.85.
