Bal Pharma has said that the formulations manufacturing unit of the company at Uttarakhand received the good manufacturing practice (GMP) compliance certification from the European Union regulator. The approval allows the plant to manufacture finished formulations for supplying to the regulated markets of Europe, US, Japan and Australia, among others, the company added. Shares of Bal Pharma climbed 7.27 per cent at ₹74.55 on the BSE.
