Bhagyanagar Properties has entered into an agreement of sale in favour of Sai Surya Infra Developers, Hyderabad, for sale of one acre (4,840 square yards) of open land out of a total 16.36 acres of land situated at Vattinagulapally, Gandipet Mandal, at a price of ₹12,000 per sq yd. Further, the company has received total amount of ₹5.80 crore towards the sale consideration, and the sale deed will be executed shortly. Shares of Bhagyanagar Properties closed with a gain of 2.94 per cent at ₹26.25 on the NSE.
