Bharat Forge , which had earlier approved the definitive agreements to acquire 45 per cent of the total share capital of TORK Motors Private Limited on fully diluted basis, has subscribed to 1,895 equity shares, each at a premium of ₹21,103 a share of TORK. Pending allotment of the shares by TORK under the ESOP scheme to its employees, the company currently holds 48.86 per cent of the total share capital of TORK. Shares of Bharat Forge slipped 0.5 per cent at ₹463.15 on the BSE.
