BHEL was the top gainer on the BSE on Wednesday morning. At 10.34 am the share was trading at Rs 277.65, up 2.02 per cent on its overnight close at Rs 272.15.
M&M drove up 1.51 per cent at Rs 1,338.50 against Rs 1,318.65 at close on Monday.
Larsen & Toubro built gains of 1.20 per cent at Rs 1,768. The share had closed the overnight session at Rs 1,747.05.
NTPC steamed up 1.12 per cent to quote at Rs 135.60 against Rs 134.10 at close yesterday.
Dr Reddy’s Labs perked up 1.08 per cent to trade at Rs 3,898.05 against Rs 3,856.40 at close on Monday.
