In a post-market disclosure to the stock exchanges, Bombay Dyeing & Manufacturing Co said it has sold a land parcel for ₹13.57 crore. The company has sold 48.457 acres of freehold land at Dhoksanghvi, Shirur, Pune. Earlier in January, its board had entered into an agreement for the sale of MIDC Land & Building and some specific utility for ₹174.45 crore. The company had sold a flat at Beach Towers Prabhadevi Mumbai for ₹9.4 crore in December 2016.
