The board of BSE will meet on Tuesday to the consider financial results for the quarter and year ended March 2019, and a final dividend. Besides the financial performance, it will also consider a buyback proposal. Shareholders will closely monitor the buyback size, quantum of shares to be bought back, and the price of the issue. Besides, the board will also monitor the mode of buyback from the NSE-listed bourse, whether through open market or via tender route on proportionate basis.
