The Board of California Software Company on Friday approved the joint venture proposal submitted by Infinia Solutions and Services for launching an Initial Coin Offering (ICO), ‘I-Cryptocurrency’ and ‘I-Digital Tokens and Coins’. Infinia Services and Solutions is a full-service loyalty solutions company, running a Loyalty Business Management System (LBMS).
It has been in existence for seven years. During this period, it reached 120 million end-consumers, serviced 23 enterprise customers and has set up presence across 37 countries.
The ICO will be launched in various countries. These digital tokens would be consumed by customers as well as merchants in the Infinia Loyalty Ecosystem. The investment required for creation of the platform and to launch the tokens on blockchain technology would be put up by California Software Company. Shares of California slumped 4 per cent at ₹42.90 on the NSE.
