Kerala-headquartered Catholic Syrian Bank has an in-principle clearance for going to the market.
But the details about the size of the issue, price etc., would be arrived at only after the declaration of the bank’s result, an official, familiar with the development said.
The bank’s board is expected to meet end May to announce the results.
