Shares of Jaypee Infratech may come under pressure, as the Competition Commission of India on Friday ordered an inquiry against Jaypee Greens, an arm of the company. One of the buyers has made a complaint with the regulator against its Greater Noida project. This would be the first inquiry by the anti-trust watchdog against Jaypee Infra. The CCI had found that Jaypee Infra was in contravention of fair trade practices.
