Coastal Corporation has informed the BSE that its Board of directors at its meeting held on November 13, discussed and approved the following investments. The Board considered and approved the investment in equity shares of Coastal Developers Private Limited. The Board also discussed and approved investment in Seacrest Seafoods Inc. USA, the 100 per cent subsidiary of Coastal Corporation. No further details were made available.
