Info-Drive Software has informed the BSE that beginning January 30 the NSE has withdrawn permission for the company’s stock to be traded under the permitted category. Shares of the company were allowed to be traded and admitted to dealing on the NSE from January 8, 2010, under the permitted category by virtue of its listing on the Madras Stock Exchange. As market regulator SEBI has derecognised the MSE, the NSE has stopped trading in the shares of the company. However, Info-Drive Software is in the process of making an application with the NSE to seek a direct listing. Shares of Info-Drive Software closed at ₹0.75, up 4.11 per cent on the BSE.

The board of directors of Tanfac Industries on Tuesday decided to allot five lakh 11 per cent redeemable cumulative non-convertible preference shares of face value ₹100 each for cash at par on private placement basis to Aditya Birla Chemicals (India). The allotment is however, subject to approval of the shareholders. Shares of Tanfac surged 20 per cent on the BSE to close at ₹20.50.

Artson Engineering has informed the BSE that it has received an order Sharjah, UAE, entailing fabrication, erection and painting of tanks and pipe rack for a chemical storage tank farm. Besides, fabricated items will be exported too. The order value is estimated at about ₹34 crore.
