The board of directors of Salzer Electronics has allotted 3.75 lakh equity shares to the promoters and promoters group on the request of the allottees to convert warrants. Besides, a commitee of the board also approved the closure of QIP and the issue price has been fixed at ₹235. It will allot 26.41 lakh equity shares to the qualified institutional buyers. Shares of Sazler Electronics climbed 14.65 per cent at ₹312.20 on the BSE.
Fiem Industries has informed BSE that in tender floated by Energy Efficiency Services Ltd for design, manufacture and supply with 3 years warranty of self-ballasted 9W LED bulbs (quantity 3.27 crore) for Kerala and Andhra Pradesh, the company stood "L-1" for 70 lakh bulbs at a bid-price of ₹72.40 a piece. The other information will be updated after receipt of letter of Intent or letter of award, it said in the notification. Shares of Fiem Industries surged 4.2 per cent at ₹640.45 on the NSE.
TV Today Network has received the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting approval for the sale of FM radio stations in Amritsar, Jodhpur, Patiala and Shimla to Entertainment Network India Ltd (ENIL). However, the Ministry did not give its approval for the sale of FM radio stations at Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata since ENIL cannot hold more than one radio license in a particular city. Shares of TV Today closed at ₹228.20. up 6.9 per cent on the NSE.
