The board of directors of Container Corporation of India (Concor) will meet on Thursday to consider an issue of bonus shares to the shareholders of the company. The company had rewarded its shareholders with 1:1 bonus issue in 2008, 1:2 in 2013, and 1:4 in 2017. Shareholders will closely monitor the ratio. Currently, the Centre holds 54.80 per cent stake in Concor, while FPIs hold 26.55 per cent, and LIC 3.18 per cent. About 50,000 small retail investors control 1.96 per cent.
