Elder Pharmaceuticals Ltd's board of directors on May 10 decided to form a 50:50 joint venture in Guernsey for Web marketing of VMS products manufactured by UK and European companies.

J. Kumar Infraprojects Ltd has received work orders worth Rs 140 crore from L&T ( Rs 90 crore), from Sadhbhav Engineering (Rs 33 crore) and from various other parties for Rs 17 crore.

Kavveri Telecom Products Ltd has introduced a linearly polarised CPE antennas for the 4G technology for the North American markets which was developed by Kavveri's R&D Department in India for the requirement of the cellular operators in North America for the LTE (4G) markets.

Micro Technologies (India) Ltd has, in order to facilitate better control and administration of the huge market potential in Dubai and the West Asia market, incorporated a subsidiary company and set up a branch office in the Free Trade Zone of RAKIA Ras-AI-Khaimah. Micro Secure Solutions Ltd, a company promoted by Micro Technologies, has also set up a branch office in the Sharjah Airport International Free zone in Sharjah, UAE.

Muthoot Capital Services Ltd's board of directors has decided to issue shares on rights basis in the ratio of 1:1 at a price of Rs 80 a share.
