Cox & Kings has informed the exchanges that its Finance Committee of Directors has allotted 72.50 lakh warrants to Standford Trading Pvt Ltd, a promoter group company. The allotment entitles promoters to subscribe to equal number of equity share at a price of ₹309.82 a share. Shares of Cox & Kings edged up 0.12 per cent to ₹297.35 on the BSE.
