Cyient has informed the exchanges that the company has signed a definitive agreement to sell its entire stake in Infotech Enterprises Information Technology Services Pvt Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary engaged in IT services. The company now plans to focus on its core engineering services and DNO businesses. The impact of this transaction on earnings per share is expected to be neutral, the company has said in a notification. On Thursday, shares of Cyient edged down 0.7 per cent to ₹560.7, on the NSE.
