De Nora on Monday informed the exchanges that the National Stock Exchange has approved a proposal from its promoters Bunnty Khanna, Madhu Khanna and Devika Khanna to reclassify them as public shareholders. According to the latest shareholding pattern available with the exchanges, Devika Khanna held just 768 shares at the end of September, while details of others are not known. In an earlier disclosure to the exchanges, the company said that Madhu Khanna had sold 20,000 shares (0.37 per cent) during the week ended September 15. The stock of De Nora closed at ₹244.60, down 0.57 per cent, on the BSE.
