The delisting offer for Fulford India shareholders from Dashtag closes on Tuesday. So far, the offer, which opened on June 3, could mop up only 2.20 lakh shares against the target of 9.76 lakh shares. The maximum bid of 2.07 lakh shares came in at a price of ₹2,200 as against the floor price of ₹701.71. Some even have bid for ₹4,000 a share. About 3,600 small investors hold 10.52 per cent stake and 10 HNIs own 7.83 per cent stake in Fulford.
