The buyback offer of Dhanuka Agritech opens for subscription on Friday. It plans to buy back 15 lakh shares worth ₹82.50 crore at ₹550 a share. Dhanuka had fixed January 2 as the record date to identify eligible shareholders to participate in the buyback. Promoters and promoter group had expressed their desire to participate in the buyback. The offer closes on February 9. It may be recalled that the company had launched an ₹80-crore buyback offer in 2017 too.
The share closed Friday's session at Rs 415.00, up Rs 6.75 (+1.65%) on the BSE.
