The board of Dilip Buildcon will meet on Friday to alter the main objects clause of its Memorandum of Association to start a new business activity. It will also consider and take strategic initiatives by way of backward/forward integration. It expects the move to add value to the company and all stakeholders. Investors in Dilip Buildcon will closely monitor the development. The company had reported a profit of ₹254.89 crore and turnover of ₹2,436.8 crore in Q1 of FY19.
