Shares of Dilip Buildcon today rose nearly 4 per cent as the company has bagged a Rs 2,845-crore project in Uttar Pradesh from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI).
The stock gained 3.88 per cent to Rs 242 on the BSE. On the NSE, shares of the company jumped 3.7 per cent to Rs 241.90.
“The NHAI has issued Letter of Award (LOA) for ... four-laning of Lucknow-Sultanpur Section from km 11.5 to km 134.7 of NH-56 127 km,” to Dilip Buildcon, NHAI had said in a statement yesterday.
The estimated cost of the project is Rs 2,845 crore, it said.
The 127-km long stretch between Lucknow and Sultanpur transverses through important districts of state capital, neighbouring Barabanki, Raebareli and Sultanpur.
