Shares of Dr Reddy's Laboratories witnessed the best day since May 22, as the USFDA audit of the company's API Srikakulam plant (SEZ) located in Andhra Pradesh has been completed with no observations.
The stock gained as much as 3.5 per cent to Rs 2,009.50, biggest intraday percentage gain since May 22. The stock was the top percentage gainer on the broader NSE index.
More than 256,000 shares were traded against 30-day moving average of 558,854. Up to Friday's close, the stock had fallen nearly 20 per cent this year.
