The board of Enkei Wheels (India) will meet on May 25 to allot 8.11 lakh shares to its promoter Enkei Corporation, Japan, on preferential basis, at ₹430 a share. The company has already received its shareholders’ approval for the preferential issue. Shares of BSE-listed Enkei Wheels (India) tumbled 4.6 per cent at ₹434.
