The board of directors of Vadilal Industries has rescheduled its meeting to June 20 to consider and approve the annual audited standalone and consolidated accounts of the company under Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) for the quarter/year ended March 31, 2019 and to recommend dividend, if any.
The board meeting was originally scheduled for May 30 but was postponed due to lack of quorum, Vadilal said in a statement.
